1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the SalusCare platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

SalusCare provides a digital platform for:

  • Validated psychological assessments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSS-10, WEMWBS)
  • Booking and managing sessions with licensed clinical psychologists
  • Secure messaging with your assigned clinician

Important: The AI intake bot is an administrative tool only. It does not provide clinical diagnoses or constitute a therapeutic relationship. All clinical decisions are made by licensed psychologists.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to clinician availability.

Cancellations: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session fee at the clinician's discretion.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the session at no additional charge.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via M-Pesa (Safaricom Daraja) and Paystack. By making a payment you agree to the respective payment provider's terms. SalusCare does not store your card details or M-Pesa PIN.

Refunds: Assessment fees are non-refundable once the assessment has been accessed. Session fees may be refunded at the clinician's discretion if cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
